Processing Time: 1–2 weeks for most custom paintings.
Shipping Time: 5–7 business days via FedEx or DHL.

We offer three options:
- Rolled Canvas: Shipped in a sturdy paper tube. You’ll need to frame or stretch it locally.
- Framed or Stretched: Comes with hanging hardware ready.
- Custom Framing: Available upon request.
We use protective, professional packaging to ensure safe delivery:
- Rolled Paintings: Packed in heavy-duty paper tubes.
- Framed/Small Pieces: Packed in secure cardboard boxes.
- Large Framed Pieces: Shipped in custom-built wooden crates.
Every package is insured and handled with care.

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you may return the painting in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item:
- PayPal: Refunds processed in 1–3 business days.
- Credit Card: Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days.
We carefully inspect and pack all artwork, but if damage occurs:
- Unpack in front of the courier, if possible. Have them note any visible damage.
- Take clear photos of the packaging and artwork damage.
- Keep all packaging until we resolve the issue.
